How to Feel Confident in Lingerie

Love Yourself in Lingerie

You might be wanting exercise or makeup tips before you lace up in lingerie, but the most important thing when you wear lingerie is not how you look but how you feel about yourself. A woman who is ashamed of her body will be shy and trying to cover herself, rather than standing tall and proud. It's no question which woman is sexier. Here are some tips to help you feel confident when wearing lingerie

Practice

No actor goes onstage without rehearsing first, and neither should you. Lingerie is about creating a fantasy, and you need to get used to yourself in this new role first. Put on your lingerie and a pair of high heels and practice walking in front of a mirror. Find at least three of your features that really look great in lingerie, and write those down. If you are used to lingerie, then you won't be as unsure when you put on the real performance.

Live Well

Do you feel guilty because you ate a whole box of Oreo's? We all do, sometimes. But if you do this sort of thing regularly, you're only hurting yourself physically and emotionally. Focus on eating tasty fruits, or try growing some garden fresh vegetables of your own. Drink lots of water as well. This way, regardless of what the scale says, you'll feel good about your lifestyle and your healthy body.

Relax

No one who is jittery or frightened is going to look sexy in lingerie. Take a bath and listen to some soothing music before you don your lingerie. Take some time for yourself, without any outside distractions. Before you focus on making your partner feel good, you have to feel good first!

The steps that help you to feel sexy in lingerie should help you feel more confident in everyday life too. There is truly nothing more beautiful than a woman who feels at home in her own skin.
